Calculate concentration from your vial amount and water volume, then convert a target research amount into U-100 syringe units. View the draw volume, full doses per vial and a to-scale 30-, 50- or 100-unit syringe. For educational and research modeling.
Reconstitution
Enter the peptide amount in the vial and the volume of compatible diluent for your model.
Your Dose
Enter your protocol's target amount and choose the syringe scale for your model.
Your Draw
Graduation comparison is a mathematical model. Verify the marks on your actual device; no value is rounded into a recommended amount.
How the Peptide Calculator Works
Concentration connects peptide mass to liquid volume. The calculator first divides vial mass by final volume. It then divides your target mass by that concentration to find mL, and multiplies by 100 for the U-100 scale.
How to Use the Peptide Calculator
- Enter the vial amount. Use the total mg shown on the label.
- Enter the final volume. Check diluent and volume against the exact product documentation.
- Enter your target amount. Choose mg or mcg. Switching units preserves the mass.
- Select the syringe scale. Choose 30, 50 or 100 units to compare the illustrated graduations.
- Review the result. Check units, volume, full portions and the selected frequency.
Peptide Reconstitution Calculator: From Powder to Concentration
The model uses total nominal peptide mass and final solution volume. Preparation method, diluent compatibility and storage limits come from exact product documentation.
Water Volume and Concentration
More liquid lowers concentration. The same target amount occupies more volume, while total vial mass stays constant. Change the water shortcut to compare those outcomes.
How to Calculate Peptide Dosage
- Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ final mL.
- Target mg = target mcg ÷ 1,000.
- Volume (mL) = target mg ÷ concentration.
- U-100 units = mL × 100.
Syringe Units and Barrel Size
A U-100 unit is 0.01 mL on each scale. This illustration models half-unit marks for a 30-unit syringe, one-unit marks for a 50-unit syringe and two-unit marks for a 100-unit syringe. Actual device graduations vary.
Worked Example: 5 mg Vial With 2 mL
5 mg divided by 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL. A 250 mcg arithmetic example equals 0.1 mL or 10 U-100 units. The nominal mass holds 20 complete portions before handling loss.
Accuracy Limits for Small Draws
A numerical position between graduation marks is not a verified measurement. Compare the displayed target and nearest modeled mark without assuming either can be measured precisely on a particular device.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does adding water change total mass?
No. It changes concentration and the volume for a fixed target mass.
Are U-100 units the same as IU?
No. U-100 units here express volume. Biological International Units measure activity and require substance-specific information.
Does vial coverage establish storage life?
No. It uses full portions and the frequency you select. Product stability and discard timing are separate.

Vial and Research Context
Vial strength determines nominal mass, concentration and yield. It does not choose a research target or schedule. Retatrutide remains investigational.
