Different mechanisms
BPC-157 is a pentadecapeptide studied for pro-angiogenic and cytoprotective signaling (VEGFR2/eNOS pathways). TB-500 is a synthetic version of the active region of Thymosin β4, studied for actin regulation and cell migration. They are researched in overlapping recovery contexts by distinct mechanisms.
The evidence base
Both literatures are overwhelmingly preclinical (animal and in-vitro). Neither has substantial human trial evidence, and this comparison is a comparison of published research profiles, not a claim about what either will do for a person.
Why they're studied together
Because their mechanisms are complementary in the recovery-research literature, the two are frequently paired, which is why the Recovery Research Stack includes both, with the supplies to reconstitute them.
